Lisbon has plenty of accommodation close to the city centre, and the conference venue is easy to reach from there. Trains on the Cascais line from Cais do Sodré reach Algés in about ten minutes, followed by a short walk, and tram 15 runs from Praça da Figueira to Largo da Princesa. Rideshares cost about the same as public transport.
